We’re here for more than just emergencies.
Your primary care doctor is connected and so are you. You have access to primary care, specialty care, dentistry, hospital services, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, behavioral health services, and more.
The SF Health Network connects San Franciscans to quality health care by providing continuous care for patients, regardless of insurance or immigration status.
Specialty Care
Our primary care and specialty care doctors work closely together to so you get the right care and treatment. All of our specialty care doctors are from UCSF and are experts in their fields.
Improved Wait Times
We’ve worked hard to drastically reduce wait times. Most clinics at ZSFG have lowered their wait times for an appointment to just a few weeks or less. Your primary care clinic can help you get an appointment if you need one.

We want everyone who comes to ZSFG to feel comfortable. Many of our staff speak Spanish, Chinese and Tagalog, and we also have translation services available in more than 20 languages.

Joseph is more than an accident survivor.
Joseph suffered from a terrible motorcycle accident. He needed brain surgery and care for his arms and legs. After coming out of a coma, he started his long journey toward recovery. Along the way he needed more surgeries, physical and speech therapy. But since his accident 18 years ago, not only has Joseph regained his independence, he has also written a memoir to inspire others to never give up. It’s a message that he says he learned with the encouragement from Ben, one of his long-time physical therapists at ZSFG.

Yeimy is as devoted to her family
as we are to her health.
Yeimy and her family have been cared for at ZSFG for many years. Three of her babies were born in our Family Birth Center. Her children get care through the Children’s Health Center. And when she developed pain in her breast, she turned to the Avon Breast Center for care. Our team of doctors, nurses and counselors work together for her and her family’s health so Yeimy and her children can enjoy more time together.
