Our Mission:
The Pain Management Center at ZSFG is a multidisciplinary pain clinic for patients who have chronic pain.
Treatments Provided:
- Telemedicine consults for qualifying patients
- Interventional Pain Procedures using Ultrasound, Fluoroscopy, and Radiofrequency Ablation
- Recommendations for non-opioid pharmacologic pain treatments
- Physical therapy based treatments for chronic spine pain
- Referral to wide variety of physical therapy treatments provided by the Health Network
- Introduction to cognitive behavior therapy for pain
