As a patient of Zuckerberg San Francisco General, you have the right to express your concerns about your care experience. The quality of your care or future care will not be compromised by sharing your concerns.
If you have a concern, please contact us so we can help you resolve it. You may also submit a Patient Concern Statement, where you can document your concern and the resolution you are seeking. An investigation will be conducted into your concern, and you will be informed of the outcome.
