Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital Outpatient Wound Clinic provides treatment options that can help patient’s wounds and develop a wound treatment plan to promote wound healing. Patients may have medical conditions, some may not be aware of, that causes non-healing wounds.

Our wound care team is made up of Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) and other healthcare professionals providing care and education to help treat chronic and hard to heal wounds.

- Patients need a referral to be seen at the Burn and Wound Clinic.
